Workplace Diagnostics and Analysis
Understand the Terrain

Every workplace has things that help people do their jobs well, and things that make work more difficult than it needs to be. Understanding the difference is an important starting point for deciding what, if anything, needs to change.

Using our Workplace Terrain Scan and Workplace Friction Check, we help you build a clearer picture of what's happening across your organisation. We look at what's working well, where people encounter obstacles and how experiences may differ between leaders and employees. This helps bring into view the things that might otherwise be overlooked.

The findings provide a starting point for meaningful conversations about working life in your organisation. They help you look beyond the results, consider what's behind them and identify where there may be opportunities to improve.

From there, you can decide what matters most to your organisation and where to focus your attention.
Workshops and Facilitated Discusssions
Different Perspectives

Workshops and facilitated discussions give leaders and teams the opportunity to step back from day-to-day work and consider what the findings mean in practice. Using the four waypoints — Clear Thinking, Connection, Balance and Purpose — we can look at different aspects of working life, compare perspectives and discuss where experiences differ. What leaders see isn't always the same as what employees experience, and bringing those views together can reveal things that might otherwise go unnoticed.

Each workshop is shaped around the organisation and its findings. Some may focus on a particular challenge, while others bring people together to look at wider themes, share experiences and consider what could work better.

The aim isn't to arrive with answers or prescribe a course of action. It's to create the space for honest discussion, develop a fuller picture of the workplace and help identify where attention could make a difference.
Keynotes and Group Presentations
What's Shaping Your Workplace?

Our keynote speeches challenge audiences to look at leadership, workplace culture and working life from a different perspective. Drawing on the ideas behind Positive Orienteering, they question familiar assumptions and encourage people to think about what's really shaping the way work happens.

Every presentation is bespoke, shaped around the audience, the event and the issues that matter to them. From conferences and leadership events to team meetings and wider organisational gatherings, sessions can be adapted for a wide range of audiences and settings.

Whether introducing the Positive Orienteering approach or taking a closer look at a particular workplace challenge, the aim is to leave people with fresh perspectives, questions worth asking and a different way of looking at the workplace they return to.
