Positive Orienteering is founded on the basis that people are the most important asset in a company. With a passion for  organisational psychology and wanting to help others build a better workplace we started a company on the foundation of  small steps making a big difference.

With only 17% of employees in the UK reporting high levels of engagement (Gallup), it's clear that something needs to change. At Positive Orienteering, we believe that by empowering organisation and individuals to become active engagers, we can reverse this downward spiral.

Anthony has over a decade of experience working in learning and development. He has also dedicated his spare time to helping support and lead charity organisations. After working in the financial markets he has pursued academic studies in organisational psychology which led to the publication of his first book "Tour de Work: navigating the path of workplace engagement". His passion for organisational psychology, positivity in making change and focus on the individual is evident in every interaction.
